There’s something about May that always feels like a quiet reset.
The sunshine lingers a little longer. Everything around us starts to bloom again.
After spending April focusing on strength, protein, and fueling my body well, I’m shifting gears a bit this month.
Focusing more on:

Radiance
Simple, effective routines
There are so many beautiful things launching right now in the clean beauty space, and I wanted to share a few that I’m especially excited about.
Not in a “you need all of this” way…
But in a “here’s what I’m exploring and bringing into my routine” kind of way.

Oliveda continues to be a core part of my routine, and there’s a lot coming this season.

Arbonne: Innovation Worth Watching
There’s also a lot happening on the wellness side that I’m really excited about.
Arbonne recently launched their NAD line, and I’ve been taking time to really understand it before sharing more.
It’s one of those topics that deserves a deeper conversation, especially as we think about energy, aging, and supporting our bodies at a cellular level.
